'Tis better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all.

You might not be battling Kipchoge for the world record in the marathon...

...but leave the records for Kipchoge.

If you go the whole distance in training from the first hard fought and painful mile to running the full 26.2 miles in front of your fellow citizens spurring you on in your local race,

...what one hell of a journey.

I do not know what your obligations are in life, or even your likes, but in whatever you do:
