The Night Rider

A teen had a curfew instilled by his parents.

They thought that no children should be out past nine at night.

But who were they to know? They only gave out unnecessary rules and did not allow kids to “have any fun.”

...especially if the kids were grown adults.

As always, just after midnight; when everyone else in the house was asleep or at least secured in their room and could not hear much, that is when the teen showed his rebellious spirit.

Their room being on the ground floor, it was not difficult to leave out, it was just a case of putting a foot stool under window to give them some more leverage coming in and going out.

For many nights, this was the thing to do, but eventually the dog got a hold of the jailbreak.

One night he muzzled the footstool out of the way in anticipation of the teen coming back, but being too late for man and dog, soon fell asleep.

...until the teen came back.
