There were three brothers who were notorious for having a perpetual chip on their shoulders.
Holding grudges and being belligerent as much as possible, they wound up turning themselves off to as many as possible.
This would not occur inadvertently, but they actually did this on purpose.
They created a small but very loyal friend group of which were tied together by one creed.
A “new acquaintance” of the brothers and their clan who was testing the waters, asked about their novel ideas about living life.
“Why do you choose to be so nasty to people?”
“Because people are so nasty as they are, yet they try to be the exact opposite.”
“The issue is that we are the only honest people there are.”
“I see, so what is the place for being virtuous and pleasant?”
“Virtue and the “pleasant” are created things; they do not exist in nature.”
“What exists in nature is what is natural, why would you be anything other than natural?”
