An office worker started to realize that their line of work was taking a toll on their health, so they decided to get healthy.
Getting healthy meant doing daily exercise as well as freshening up their diet with green vegetables, fruits and more “whole” foods than the processed snack they had been enjoying.
The new exercise routine started out with great difficulty, but they stuck with the regimen, and soon it became enjoyable; especially when they started to see their health improve and their body grow stronger.
However, there was only one problem; their diet of super dense nutrient rich and fiber-filled diet was essentially indigestible.
After every meal, he would suffer from intense stomach cramps and bloating with loose stool.
During his lunch break, he told his plight to a coworker.
“Why are you messing with all of this new age hippie health stuff? You know it doesn’t work.”
“Of course not, all these scientists don’t know what they’re talking about.”
“How can they say it’s good for you when you can barely digest it?”
“...it’s probably just my body needing to adjust…”
“If you can’t take it in immediately, sounds like you can just throw it all in the trash.”
