A naturalist took his notebook with him to jot down all of his observations. After a good couple of miles, he spotted a flat area up ahead to take a rest. Sitting down and enjoying his lunch, he turned around and unbeknownst to him was a clearing revealing a huge glistening waterfall some 300 yards away. Opening up his notebook, he began to sketch the magnificent sight, noting the fast clip of the torrent falling from the great height, the current-smoothed boulders lining the bottom, and the glisten of mid-morning sun which illuminated the whole sight like a diamond in a setting. The naturalist could not take his eyes off of the beautiful water and to the page for a second; there was just so much to see, and he took in every facet… ...yet he was able to reproduce the whole scene nevertheless.
