Enlightened Pursuits is the beginning of an absolutely novel, one-of-a-kind project to bring together yogis, swamis, gurus, philosophers and other enlightened figures. Our writers, uniquely qualified to reveal to us the true nature of reality and show us the way to love, happiness, meaning, and all things for which humans strive, will work together create a growing repository of wisdom.
The blog focuses on applying the great wisdom of our writers to matters of self-improvement and achievement, but also contain their unique analysis of complex, controversial subjects like language, politics, war, beauty, virtue, and more.

Due to the typically reclusive nature of unusually wise beings, some of our writers choose to contribute anonymously, but we can tell you a bit about them. They all have displayed deep devotions to knowledge, truth, virtue, and philosophy for most of or their entire lives, some spending years in meditation. Many of them have undergone "crises of consciousness" as many profoundly deep thinkers do.
Many of them have attained perfect epistemological enlightenment, meaning they perceive reality clearly and entirely without bias.

Our Goal
We are here to promote critical or right-thinking, awareness, and awakening in others. We believe the current state of humanity is one of disempowerment, and that this state is caused by wrong beliefs and inhibitory attitudes which prevent people from seeing the truth of their existence. We believe the truth is the most valuable and meritorious pursuit. We are here to aid those who make the journey to find it.
